Kitchen-knife Maintenance
This kitchen knife uses corrosion-resistant molybdenum stainless steel, offering long-lasting sharpness and easy maintenance—helping your cooking skills shine.
MAINTENANCE
After use, wash with warm water (or cold water) and carefully wipe the blade dry with a soft cloth. This will help keep the knife clean and hygienic. To maintain its sharp edge, sharpen it occasionally.
SHARPENING METHOD
Double-edged knife
Sharpen the blade at a ratio of 6:4 (front to back). If a burr (a tiny metal that can form during sharpening) forms on the edge, gently remove it.
Single-edged knife
Focus on sharpening the front (main) side of the blade until a burr (a tiny metal that can form during sharpening) forms on the back. Once the burr appears, lightly pass the blade over the sharpening stone on the back side to remove it.
